Hazelnut Meal

-This Product is made our of grinded or sharpened natural or roasted hazelnut kernels.
-It is directly used in the production of chocolate dough, pastry, confectionery and ice-cream.
-It is also preferred as garnish and decoration material.

ORIGIN: Giresun-Ordu (Levant)-Trabzon, Akçakoca 

PROCESS : Hazelnut meal is produced by grinding the raw, slightly roasted and roasted hazelnut kernels with an appropriate technique. 

USAGE: It is supplied after slightly and roasted kernels are selected and grind by technique. 

USAGE AREA : It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry and as a snack for the end user. 

ROASTING LEVEL: For blanched meal , hazelnut kernels are slightly roasted and  for roasted meal; dark, medium and light roasted  kernels are used. 

CALIBRATION : 0-2 mm 

PACKING  : In, jute bags polieten inside , vacuum bags with cartons or onlyl in vacuum bags : all can ship by pallets streched with polieten.
