ORIGIN: Ordu (Levant, Giresun, Trabzon, Akcakoca)
PROCESS: Raw Hazelnuts is produced by seperating the hazels from their shells, as which inshell hazelnuts are included in Corylusavellana L.and Corylus maxima mill types.
USAGE: After calibration, raw hazelnuts are ready fort he domestic and international markets. Also according to customer requests they are processed as roasted, chopped, sliced, meal or paste.
USAGE AREA: It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry and as a snack fort he end user, also used as the rwa material for processed and fully processed hazelnuts.
CALIBRATION: according to customer specifications ( 15mm+, 13-15mm, 11-13mm, 10-12mm, 11-12mm, 9-11mm etc.)
PACKING: In vacuum bags, jute bags with or without polieten inside, vacuum bags in cortons , all can be shipped by pallets and streched qitih falio. ( according to customer requests) |
