PROCESS: Hazelnut paste is made by mashing the roasted hazelnut kernels (low, medium or high roasting levels) with an appropriate tecnique.
USAGE: After selection, hazelnut kernels that are roasted according to customer requests, mashed by in a homegenous form.
USAGE AREA: It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry.
ROASTING LEVEL: Dark , medium or low roasted.
CALIBRATION: 40 micron (changes acc. To cutomer specs)
PACKING: In plastic drums, in steel food drums or filled directly to paste tankers.
